REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products purchased from The Quiet Amen.

1) Digital products (instant access)
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed.
This policy helps prevent the unfair situation where digital files are downloaded and then “returned.”
2) UK/EU notice about digital content cancellation
If you are a UK/EU consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights for distance sales. However, for digital content, the right to cancel can be lost once the download/performance begins if you were informed and you gave explicit acknowledgement/consent.
Where applicable, by purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to immediate access/delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once downloading begins. This does not affect rights you may have if digital content is faulty or not as described.
3) When we DO offer a refund (common-sense exceptions)
We want you to have a good experience. We may offer a refund or replacement in cases such as:
- Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same item twice
- File issues: the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened (and we cannot fix it)
- Wrong file delivered: you received the wrong download link or missing files
- Checkout error: you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
If this happens, email us at contact@thequietamen.com with:
- your order email
- order number/receipt (if available)
- a short description of the issue
- a screenshot (if relevant)
We typically respond within 3 business days.
4) When we do NOT offer refunds
Refunds are generally not offered for:
- change of mind after download
- printing results you don’t like (printer colors, paper quality, frame fit, trimming, etc.)
- not knowing how to download/unzip (we’re happy to help!)
- not reading the description/file formats/sizing guide before purchase
- software/app compatibility issues on your device (unless the file is objectively defective)
5) How refunds are processed (third‑party checkout)
Purchases may be processed through a third‑party checkout provider that may appear on your receipt as the merchant of record and may handle payment processing, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
Even when we approve a refund, processing times depend on the payment method and platform. Some refunds can take several days to appear.
6) Support first (please contact us)
If you have any issues with your download, please email contact@thequietamen.com. We can usually fix missing files, broken links, or downloading problems quickly.
7) Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
