This Digital Product License (“License”) explains how you may use digital products and downloads provided by The Quiet Amen (“we,” “us,” “our”), including paid printables (trackers, planners, templates), printable wall art, and any free downloads offered on our website (the “Products”).
By downloading, accessing, or purchasing any Product from our website, you agree to this License. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Product.

1) What you are buying (digital-only)
All Products are digital files delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
Depending on the Product, files may include PDF, JPG or ZIP formats.
2) Personal-use license
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase/download grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
Personal use means:
- You may download and print the Product for your own use.
- You may print multiple copies for your household (for example, a weekly tracker for your personal binder or a wall art print for your home).
- You may resize the Product for printing purposes within the included size ratios (for example, printing 9×12 from an 18×24 master file) as long as it is not resold or redistributed.
3) What you may NOT do (very important)
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the digital files (including emailing them to others, uploading to Google Drive, Dropbox, Telegram channels, etc.)
- upload the files to any marketplace or platform (including Etsy, Creative Market, Gumroad, “free download” sites, or print-on-demand services)
- claim the Product as your own work
- remove copyright notices or watermarks (if included)
- create derivative products for sale (for example, editing a tracker or wall art and selling it as “your template”)
- use the Product in any commercial setting (including client work, coaching programs, therapy practices, church distribution, or paid groups) unless you have written permission from us

4) Gifting (printed copies)
You may gift a printed physical copy of a wall art design or a printed tracker page to someone as a personal gift.
However, you may not share the digital file itself with anyone.
5) Free downloads included in blog posts
Sometimes we offer free downloads (for example, a prayer printable at the end of an article). These freebies are still protected by copyright and are provided under the same personal-use terms above.
You may share the link to the blog post, but you may not repost the file elsewhere.
6) Educational / faith-based resources (not professional services)
Some Products may include prayers, reflections, journaling prompts, or gentle routines for peace and emotional steadiness. These are for general encouragement and educational use only.

7) Printing and color disclaimer
Because printers, papers, monitors, and print shops vary:
- Colors may look slightly different in print than on your screen.
- We are not responsible for printing quality, trimming, frame fit, or results produced by third-party print services.
- We recommend printing at 100% / Actual Size and choosing the correct ratio file for your frame size.

All Products are copyrighted and owned by The Quiet Amen (unless otherwise stated). This License grants you use rights but does not transfer ownership.
